This tract is near some of the homes on Bergman and has some large open areas adjoining it. If you want to know other folks are close by, but still have privacy, this is the tract for you. You can access this area from Old State Road or from Hwy 84. Less dirt road to travel if you come in from Old State Road. There is some timber value on the land.
